Frequently asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our services and treatments

General Questions

Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?

No referral is needed! We offer free consultations where our medical team will assess your health goals and determine if our therapies are right for you. Simply book online or call us at (470) 359-6195.

Do you accept insurance?

Most of our services are not covered by insurance as they are considered elective wellness treatments. However, we provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your HSA/FSA or insurance for potential reimbursement. Some services may be covered if medically necessary—contact us to discuss your specific situation.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Most appointments are available within 48 hours. For urgent needs, we often have same-day or next-day availability. Book online or call (470) 359-6195 to schedule.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring a valid ID, any relevant medical records or medications list, and comfortable clothing. For IV therapy, wear sleeves that can be easily rolled up. Arrive hydrated and having eaten a light meal.

IV Therapy & NAD+

How long does an IV therapy session take?

Most IV drips take 30-60 minutes. NAD+ infusions can take 2-4 hours depending on dosage. You'll relax in a comfortable chair and can use your phone, laptop, or read during treatment.

Does IV therapy hurt?

You'll feel a small pinch during the needle insertion, similar to a regular blood draw. Once the IV is in, most patients feel no discomfort. Our nurses are highly experienced and use the smallest gauge needle appropriate for treatment.

How often should I get IV therapy?

Frequency depends on your goals. Athletes often do weekly sessions during training. For general wellness, bi-weekly or monthly treatments are common. Our medical team will recommend a personalized schedule based on your needs and response to treatment.

Can I drive after IV therapy?

Yes, for standard IV drips. For high-dose NAD+ infusions, we recommend having someone drive you home for your first session, as some patients experience temporary lightheadedness.

Cryotherapy

How cold does cryotherapy get?

Our whole-body cryotherapy chamber reaches temperatures between -200°F to -240°F. Sessions last only 2-3 minutes. Your head stays above the cold air, and you'll wear protective gear on hands and feet.

What should I wear for cryotherapy?

We provide specialized gloves, socks, and slippers. Men wear shorts or underwear; women wear shorts/underwear and can choose to wear a sports bra or go topless (you'll be alone in a private chamber). Remove all jewelry and moisture from skin.

Who should NOT do cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is not recommended if you have: uncontrolled hypertension, heart conditions, pregnancy, severe Raynaud's syndrome, cold allergies, or recent heart attack/stroke. Our medical team will screen you during consultation.

HOCATT Ozone Sauna

What is HOCATT therapy?

HOCATT (Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology) combines ozone therapy, infrared sauna, carbonic acid, steam, electrotherapy, and photon light therapy in one 30-minute session for comprehensive detoxification and wellness.

How often should I do HOCATT?

Most patients start with 2-3 sessions per week for the first month, then reduce to 1-2 times weekly for maintenance. Chronic conditions may benefit from daily sessions initially.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

What does hyperbaric therapy feel like?

You'll lie comfortably in a pressurized chamber while breathing pure oxygen. You may feel mild ear pressure (like on an airplane) during pressurization. Sessions last 60-90 minutes. Many patients sleep, watch movies, or work on laptops.

Is hyperbaric oxygen therapy safe?

Yes, when administered properly. Our medical-grade chambers are maintained under strict protocols. Our staff monitors you throughout treatment. Contraindications include untreated pneumothorax and certain medications—we screen all patients during consultation.
